Armageddon Revelations
I so enjoyed writing this book! In the first of 2 vivid and dramatic dreams, where the soldier Nat Sullivan relives a scene from the Old Testament and later dreaming that he was one of King Richard’s soldiers during the Third Crusade.
One of the most fascinating characters of the Old Testament was Deborah, the only female judge of Israel. She was believed to be married to Lapidoth, named Lapi in my book and he is the central character. He has many adventures before meeting Deborah and becoming her senior commander.
Many consider Deborah to be the greatest General of all time and a brilliant strategist. My book describes the story of one of her famous victories against the Canaanites from the north. She was a great leader of her people and was famous for her judgements and decisions, enabling Israel to enjoy 40 years of peace.
My work is of course historical fiction and whilst following the Biblical story I was allowed to have flights of fancy!
